Our Rose Lane consists of educational opportunities for families, residents and associates.

Rose Lane features comprehensive, ongoing training for associates created by our Alzheimer’s experts who are continually learning, adding and teaching with the latest research and tools available. Programming is designed to treat the symptoms of Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia and is led by and created by our nationally recognized Certified Dementia Practitioners. The environment is designed to address safety concerns, reduce anxiety and enhance independence and cognitive function.

Dining is an essential part of life and health.

Food is not only necessary for nutrition but it is also an important opportunity for regular and ongoing social engagement, and, at Rose Lane, our residents enjoy both. Our comfortable dining rooms create a warm, inviting atmosphere that helps to encourage conversation and interaction and allows our staff to offer cueing during dining, as needed.

PERSONAL CARE & WELLNESS SERVICES

We understand how to best provide personal care and medical services to people with Alzheimer’s and other forms of memory loss through our comprehensive training and various services. With 24-hour on-site personal care staff and licensed nurses providing personal care services, individualized wellness plan and on-site medical services, residents and families get the care and support they need.

Offering 23 comfortable apartments, the accommodations at Rose Lane provide each resident with a pleasant and safe place to live. Each apartment features its own bedroom, a comfortable living area, kitchenette and bathroom.

Delicious Dining

Our Rose Lane neighborhood has its own dining room where residents enjoy three nutritious meals daily cooked home-style for great flavor and served restaurant-style for our diners’ convenience.

Specialized Wellness Services

We offer customized care plans developed by an interdisciplinary team to meet an individual’s personal needs. Additionally, our personal care staff also help with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as dressing, bathing, morning and evening care and escorting residents to meals and activities.

Medical Services

Personal care services are offered discreetly and in accordance with each resident’s individualized wellness plan. By overseeing each resident’s personal medication management program, our skilled nursing team ensures that medications are taken as prescribed by their physician. Also, residents can be visited by third-party medical specialists as required to get the specialized ongoing care they need.
